I have the honour to submit for the significa-

-tion of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the

Mother Superioress in this Colony of the Society of the "Daughters of Charity of the Canossian Institute" by which the institution known as the Italian Convent is carried on. No. 26 of 1915.

2.

The customary report by the Attorney-General is

enclosed, and I also forward a certificate under my hand as required by Article XXIII of the Royal Instructions dated the 19th.
